IDENTIFYING MARKS:  Mustache, braces, tattoo on right forearm-“Boni”, tattoo on left forearm-“Stay High”, and both ears pierced

Chase was last seen in the Dogtown Road area of Reedsville in Preston County.  Chase has a history of significant drug abuse and making very impulsive decisions.  He has a history of running away.  It is believed that Chase could possibly be in the following areas:  Belington, Elkins, Fairmont, Grafton, or Kingwood.
